I was contacted by the hiring manager to setup a phone interview. Once I passed that I had interviews with 1 VP, and 3 other directors. It was very business orientated as to how the group works and what the goals were for the group. Once that was done I had another interview with the HR person which handled all the normal interview questions. After everything was approved I sent in the documents for the back ground check and had to do the drug test. Once all those were passed there was the offer.
