Interview
First I had to complete online assignments, to verify basic math and language proficiency. The process is somewhat chaotic, their time management seems very poor, the recruiter was very friendly but not very consistent. I often had to prompt via email, to resuscitate the process! I eventually did get an online interview scheduled, with 1 HR and 2 managers. Overall, the interview was friendly and relaxed, although 1 of the managers didn't like one of my answers and seemed to get stuck on that. I was told it would take a while to hear back, but they didn't specify how long.

What do you want to work at Cigna? How do you deal with grieving/stressed/ upset calls from customers? If you must respond to queries within 2 hrs and receive 3 at once, what do you do? Can you travel to our office if necessary?
