I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2022
Interview
Virtual interview felt rushed, I thought it went well, obviously it didn't. Received an email about two hours after interview basically telling me after my interview the hiring team believed I had an impressive background with valuable skills and experience, but they stated they would move onto other candidates. Was told by recruiter could not interview for 6 months if I got turned down. Email stated I could continue to apply. So, I'm a bit confused. Hiring manager talked to me like I would be offered the position. Very hard to get into Cigna, even with the experience I have.

it was smooth and comfortable.
Typical questions about past work experience, motivation, introducing myself etc. Interviewers were friendly and the interview was very casual. I enjoyed it.

and set me a schedule for next interview.
I think the recruiter does not fully understand the role of the position.
