The Cigna Group Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

it was very quick phone interview. he just asked based on my resume. and set me a schedule for next interview. I think the recruiter does not fully understand the role of the position.

Applied on May 9 and interviewed May 25. I thought the interview went well and was looking forward to potentially being a part of the team. I followed up with the talent advisor on June 17 and was told the position went to another talent advisor. Never heard from that advisor so did another follow up with the original on June 23. No replies and completely ghosted. Extremely frustrating experience because I also applied for other jobs and haven’t heard anything.
