Interview
The interview process took several weeks. It started with the online application and online questionnaires. Then someone reached out to schedule a phone interview, then an in-person interview with 3 panel members, then another phone interview. About a week after my last phone interview they called to extend an offer. I responded with a requested for a higher amount. It took another 2 days to hear back. After I accepted the new offer, they completed a background check (reached out to all of my employers- including employers in high school) and waited for my drug test results.

Many behavioral questions. E.g. Tell me about a time when you demonstrated excellent service, tell me about a time you implemented change, tell me about a time you were faced with a difficult situation: how did you handle it? What were the end results? What is your definition of customer service? Why should we hire you?
