Group interviews conducted with the same four people. We rotated between three rooms with four managers.
Questions were good, definitely gauged the room's qualifications, but too much time was spent on general conversation aka small talk.

Can you speak any other languages? Would you be able to sell a car in that language?
Not too tough, most questions based around sales experience and dealing with difficult customers/coworkers in varying situations. Some knowledge regarding Tesla’s mission and products is helpful as well but wasn’t asked much
Online interview, just getting to know you a bit and explain the role on the day by day tasks to do like calls and the expectations of the sales and metrics.
