Question 1
What was one experience you had where you attempted to sell something and your initial pitch didn't work, so you needed to adjust your approach?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tesla (Estambul) in Feb 2021
Interview
Smooth and easy, even though I've received a negative result whole process was easy and I was well informed by human resources. It took 2 months but it was all well organized and I do not remember a moment without answers on time.
Very unprofessional experience, recruiter was not responsive, hiring manager was late, was told I’d be brought in for an in person position and that they were very interested in me for the role, and then heard nothing. After requesting multiple updates over the span of 2 weeks I found out the position was filled.
