group of three of us, just a chat. They asked about past experiences and showed us round the place. Most of the interview was spent with the interviewers chatting to the two other people in the room about their families. It wasn't bad, but also seemed unfair as I'm introverted.

Interview
a professional and thorough process with insightful questions, and informative background into the job role with useful help given to explain the various parts of the job role. Overall I found the process to be productive and fair
Interview took the form of an in person conversation with the manager, where we spent time speaking about my previous experience and motivations for applying. I think this could vary from shop to shop or maybe it is standardised across all stores
