Tesco Shop Assistant interview questions

easy- 20 minute informal chat with manager. asked me questions based on customer service experience and what would I do to go above and beyond. asked me my availability- it was a really relaxed interview which was pleasant and nothing to worry about.

Interview process is structured with a variety of closed and open questions. I felt I was given time to answer and the option was there for to repeat any questions. The atmosphere was friendly and there was time at the end to ask questions.
