Interviewed by two staff members, one of which was the manager of the site I was applying to work. I was asked a range of questions relating to my CV and the role I had applied to.

Why do you think you would be a good fit for the role?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
