Smooth interview. Quite quick as well and friendly employer. They mostly asked general questions (what you do, why you want to work here, clarifying hours, etc). I didn’t have to wait long for a call back either, which was nice!

Question 1
What kind of experience do you hope to gain from working here?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
