it was very extremely thorough and there was dedication. There was mention on work cultures and individual key performance indicators which was interesting and rather helpful to know since its best to have an idea of what to expect

Question 1
describe how you would go about dealing with difficult customers in an instance
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
