one to see when you are available to work to see if u are suitable for the job that you applied for
another is work based training going through paper work and team building skills
you will also have a test on checkouts to see how suitable you are on the checkouts incase you are able to fill in for other people when an announcment is put over the tanoy.
Quick and easy interview. Asked how to deal with customers and complaints including how to deal with certain situations e.g. shoplifting and refunds. Interviewer was very polite and to the point.

Application for the role was online. The interview process itself was a generic one, where I was asked a few competency and fit questions by a couple people from HR. This lasted around 30 minutes in total.
My interview experience at Tesco was incredibly positive! From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and valued. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, immediately putting me at ease. They asked insightful questions about my previous experience and skills, genuinely interested in understanding how I could contribute to their team.
