Interview
Two managers interviewing and writing down answers. Asked four questions in total. Also asked to tell them about yourself including hobbies, interests, availability and why you wanted the job/would be suited for it.

An example of a time you displayed empathy towards a customer, colleague or friend?
Interview was comfortable and friendly, manager was there on time. Asked why I want to work at Tesco and about previous customer facing roles. Explained the process and training requirements really well and had the opportunity to ask questions.

i applied online, got offered an interview within 2 weeks. she asked me some questions regarding my experience and then got me working on the tills to see how i liked it for about 10 minutes. after that i could leave.
