Interview
Sat down with a manager and a shift leader and started answering the basic questions of: Why work for tesco, what motivates me, what experience have i had and what availability I have and then had personal conversations of where we are from and so on. Was very calm and relaxed.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
