Interview
Basic phone call, very relaxed and more of a chat. Got a call back later that day to confirm I had got the job. Due to covid had no training but it was fine and everyone is supportive.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
