Was contacted via phone and asked to go for an interview the week after. The manager on the phone explained that is was to be a Group interview. There were 2 interviewers who were very pleasant and helpful.
The interview was conducted with all the questions you would expect i.e. regarding customer service etc.

What customer service related experience have you had?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
