it wasn't too difficult, a lot of customer-focused questions. customer service, helping customers, and ease of explaining in simple terms. Scenario based questions were also asked, they give the scenario and how you would respond to the customer queries etc.

It was question based in terms of how would you deal with certain customers, difficult situations and balancing sales and customer service. Also was asked about IOS and Android as well as your phone knowledge.

Initial Standard Interview followed by a second interview in a sales scenario. I had to sell to a manager who was pretending to be a customer. He asked awkward questions about data plans etc. Key point is to be polite and patient.
