Very horrible experience, AI marks the interview. No feedback, no people verifying the mark just an automatic rejection. Worst experience I have ever had. I wouldn't recommend at all. When I emailed back and asked if a person could please watch my interview I was dismissed.
Competency based interview with emphasis on why retail industry and what strengths you have to suit working in it. Time to prepare and time to answer. Online software, record your answers.
