I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tesco (Warwick, West Midlands, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
Group interview. Introduce yourself, then design a product, then 30 mins on shop floor unsupervised and without sufficient instruction. I ended up having to help less experienced applicants who had no idea what to do. Really poor. Really disorganised.
Interview questions [1]

I applied online, completed a short assessment, and attended an interview focused on customer service, teamwork, and availability. Afterwards, I completed right-to-work checks, induction training, and sometimes a trial shift.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Tesco (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Feb 2026
Interview
Normal process, nothing particularly different. It was a standard process that I find very easy. Interviewed with one person and then offered a role therafter. I didn't accept the role but nothing to do with the process
