Interview
Online application, with scenarios which are not to difficult. After this I received a phone call inviting me to an interview. This interview is a group one followed by a 1 to 1 interview. The group interview was simple really. First you introduce yourself to the group and tell everyone a bit about yourself, remember to be confident. This is then followed by questions to each individual to answer to the group. Questions like 'when have you went above and beyond for a
customer'. Then a group task to build a tower with only certain supply's. The 1-1 interview is relaxed and questions are asked about you and your availability and why you want to work for TESCO.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
