Interview
It was very smooth and easy going. The interview lasted 10 minutes in which I felt very comfortable. We were sitting in a small room behind the canteen, they asking about my work experience, private life and my goals for the future. Very outgoing and friendly interviewers. I was first issued into the canteen to have a drink and waited for 5 minutes until the manager came and approached me very friendly. I had 2 interviewers who were in their early thirties and could relate to some of my answers.

Question 1
In which situation did you have to go the extra mile for a customer?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
