Interview was face to face, basic interview questions asking what would you do in this situation, when had you to deal with a difficult customer? How did you deal with the situation? 2 man panel interview lasted about 10 mins.

Name a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
