Staff handling interview very nice, explained different roles available and was open about shift lengths and why he was asking certain questions (i.e, not taking forms due to GDPR, etc)
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
