Tesco Festive Collegue interview questions

1:1 interview, 20 minutes of laid back discussion, asked for personal experience, background, experience in customer service , previous job employment and general discussion. The interview wasn’t very long or intense but it wasn’t very clear how I’d done or what they were looking for

The interview itself was about twenty five minutes long and there was a series of automated questions. They were very friendly and generally easy to answer aside from being quite broad.
