It was very structured with 5 or 6 questions that I had to answer. Then you get the option to ask questions. Had to fill out some forms and my availability etc.

Tell me about a time where there was a conflict between you and someone else, how did you communicate to sort the issue out?
- it took a while for the hiring manager to arrive - don’t think they wanted to hire a student since it was close-ish to september - pretty nice though
