Tesco Checkout Assistant interview questions

You will be asked to attend an interview on specific days of which you can choose from. Depending how many people are being recruited you may have a group interview or just you alone which is most likely. You will just be asked the simple interview questions as you answered most of the questions when you applied for the job. If successful you will be asked to go in and do an assessment. the assessment will be with many others and is quite fun. You watch videos about the work placement and then you'll fill out some forms to show you understood the purpose of the videos shown. You will then go out in a group to fill shelves for 10 - 20 minutes to show you're able to do it properly. After this you will then start work normally and the trial will last 3 months. after the 3 months is up they will decide to keep you on or take you off.
