The questions focused on my motivations for applying, understanding of the role, and basic competency questions. Like what I would do in certain scenarios and how I would help the customer. To check if I am customer oriented

I had 2 interviews with 3 people in total over a periods of a few days. They were nice poeple. Better if you someone already working there so they can vouch for you not being a weirdo.
Welcoming interview process and nice hiring manager. Had an open conversation about training provision and work flexibility as I'm a full-time student and anticipate potential time limitation around exam season
