Tesco Store Colleague interview questions

Very quick. I arrived early and was seated in the staff room waiting for the interview to begin. I got asked a few questions about different scenarios about customer service, travel, and my hobbies. The interview Felt more like a friendly chat, as they asked me questions and filled out the forms in front of me at the table.

The interview was conducted in a group format with two interviewers. They asked various situational awareness and competency-based questions. Additionally, I was asked to explain why I am interested in working specifically with Tesco.
