You have to clear tcs nqt exam and per your score ninja or digital is assigned to you. I was selected for digital role. In interview, there were three people, HR, technical and MR interviewer. They began with basic interview question like "Tell me about yourself" etc. Then they asked me about my project and asked me to explain in detail. Then it was followed by some technical questions and finally HR questions.
