I have worked with a lot of companies and I believe the recruiting process in your company is so horrible that it made me realize why TCS is hated across all over India. Recruiters, try coming out of TCS and work for a company which is not more than 1000 people, you will not even make a month with the way you interact with your candidates. I tried at least 20 times to contact recruiter in 2 weeks to get feedback about the process, including emails, but they replied 2/20 times as if "Time and Priorities" are the least concerns for me in my life. Your system asked me to write my expectations and with all the waiting and poor recruitment, your "management" decided to offer, which is shamelessly garbage. !! I am glad that I didn't become part of such a horrendous team culture. I feel really sad for Dadabhai Naroji, JRD Tata ji and Ratan Tata ji and other great people of Tata family, who established TCS with a dream to become a great IT company to work in India. Google with 2 Lakh employees across this world has Recruiters which are so candidate and process oriented that I feel satisfactory even after getting rejected twice. It will take forever for your team to come even close to what Google is today.

There are two rounds 1 - 30 mins screening round which asked basic JS questions 2 - 1 hr round which is completely technical round That includes medium to advanced JS concepts as well MR round which asked questions like why you want to switch what is the most attractive thing you are looking into TCS job role like that
