First step was to complete an online assessment test which basically consists of quantitative problems, data interpretation, logical reasoning and verbal communications. After clearing the assessment, there were in total 3 rounds of back to back interview. First one is technical interview which basically was focused around your academic courses in the college and some basic C language skills such as sorting and swapping. This round was an elimination round. Once i was through with this round, i was called for second and third round of interview which was managerial competences and human behavioral interview. They were general consists on determining your adaptability and fit with the company.
