Un día me postulé, al día siguiente se comunicó un Indio por whatapps, me mando dos mensajes y despues me llamo. me hizo un par de preguntas. Al otro día me llamo una responsable de RRHH y quedamos hace una entrevista. El día de la entrevista por team de microsoft estaban un mujer y una mujer Indios, un Argentino. Con cámara apagada, nunca se presentaron, empezaron con preguntas técnicas como si fuera el colegio primario, me pareció poco serio evaluarme sin un desafío técnico. Muy mala experiencia, desde ese día aprendí que no me presto mas a ese tipo de entrevistas.
