I interviewed at Tata Consultancy Services (Calcuta)
Interview
The process begins with the National Qualifier Test, which is followed by two relatively easy offline interview rounds. The initial test serves as a screening tool to assess candidates' knowledge and skills. Those who pass this test advance to the interview stage, where they undergo two rounds of in-person interviews. These interviews are designed to be straightforward, providing candidates with the opportunity to showcase their abilities and suitability for the role in a more relaxed setting. Overall, the process is structured to be manageable, with the interviews being less challenging after clearing the initial test.
