1st round with HR, the processes were not that difficult, introduced myself and how did I face the challenges in my previous job, why did I choose this position, and how could I capable of it? In the 2nd round with the hire manager, she was a very nice person, introduced me as always, and demonstrated why I suited for this job. Got the offers immediately.
