I was hired during the job fair. There was one interview conducted during the fair. Questions were standard: tell me about yourself, your previous work experience, and one time when you went above and beyond when helping a customer.

Easy, literally video recorded. They prompt you with questions that you have to answer and they’re all very generic questions, because once you’re in for Target, then you’re in for life.
