I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Target (Peoria, IL) in Oct 2015
Interview
I met with an executive team leader. She just asked me four situation based questions then asked if I had any questions about the job. She didnt ask me anything related to the specific specialty for which I was applying. While I appreciate the value of questions like that I felt like she barely got to know me and really didn't want to.
