Target Sales Floor Team Member interview questions

They mainly asked STAR behavior questions, hirevue was the beginning process and then went through another interview process to make sure you fit into the work schedule. overall it was a great experience working there for highschool students who want to learn how to work in a big corporate company

Very simple one on one with the store assistant manager. Easy and laid back while still being professional. I wore plain black pants and a nice top. The interview lasted about 10-15mins mostly going over my degree and my customer service/ cash handling experience.
