Target Sales Floor Team Member interview questions

Strait forward two interview process. They asked the standard type of questions, such as: how would you handle a high stress situation... what have you done in this this situation type of questions.

I applied online through an employee referral and got a call back within the same week. On the actual date of my interview, I went through two interviews. The first was with a Team Lead and the second was with an Executive on the same day. If they ask you for a second interview, you're in for sure because I know a guy that was never contacted after his first.
