It was a really fast and easy interview. They had a hiring event so they had a few questions for me. Unfortunately I didn't get the job so I had to look somewhere else.
It was very easy. I applied online and three days later I received a call. I came in for the one on one interview with a team leader. I got a job offer the day after. Having an open availability gives you the best chances of being hired. They want someone who can work on weekends or holidays.

Question 1
Give an example when you had to do something above and beyond for a customer, guest or person.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target (Bronx, NY) in May 2017
Interview
I applied online to a local store and they called me back in a few days inviting me to interview with them. The interview process consisted of an interview with a sales floor team member who asked questions about my background and past experiences which I have had that are relevant to the position. After I successfully completed this step, I then interviewed with the manager of the team who asked me behavioral and situational questions related to possible scenarios that could develop working as a sales floor team member and interacting with customers. I thought I did well but did not get an offer and got sent home under the impression that I would receive a phone call soon but I never actually did. The individuals that received an offer were hired on the spot and sent to HR to set up their work schedule.
