I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Bradenton, FL) in May 2025
Interview
very short video interview and then a phone screening. Simple interview, no in person interview. Started a few weeks after applying. Easiest interview I've ever had. They ask you about 3 questions and you record yourself answering them.
They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

Had 3 interviews for the position as they were in between Store Managers. Once the new Store Manager started, HR called me and had me come in same day to interview with the Store Manager and I was offered the job on the spot.
