Target Sr. HR Specialist interview questions

I applied online. I was contacted by an recruiter within 48 hours requesting a phone interview. She asked about my background, my interest in the role, and asked a few behavioral questions. Following the phone interview I interviewed in person with the Director, Human Resources and an HRBP. Both managers I interviewed with were super nice they both used the STAR method for the interview process. Finally, I had a “meet and greet” with an HR Specialist that was in the role explaining it in detail to ensure I was interested. After the meet and greet, I was extended an offer. The entire process took about a week in a half.

Very straight forward. Was called and had a phone screening and was scheduled to interview within a week. Interviewed with a panel of two, they were very nice and made me feel at ease during the interview.
