Target Guest Service Team Member - Cashier interview questions

It was great no questions we just laughed and talked about everyday stuff then I was offered a job...they offered candy as well too...my training was like a big social gathering

Come in the door and ask guest service about your interview. It took them a long time to get to me (15 mins) and then asked me to fill out a survey and then call for them again. I finished within 5 minutes and called for the team lead again and she came back up 15 more minutes later. I then went in and she asked me a series of questions about my experiences and how i can contribute to the team. I was then asked to wait in the room I was in and had another team lead interview me, asking the same questions. Then someone else came in from HR and told me I was hired.
