Target Front End/Cashier interview questions

It was great. I had a positive experience interviewing for target. Scheduling was really simple at my local target. The interviewer called me and I was in there within two days. It was super nice.

You start the Interview with 1 hiring manager. Then they leave and you interview with 1 or 2 different people on the same day. Each one asks their own set of questions. They’re pretty standard interview questions. Nothing too difficult besides doing several 1 on 1 interviews. Once i finished with them, i waited a while in the actual office. I got the offer on the same day so there wasn’t really a waiting process (over the course of a few days). For the cashier position, They prefer the people who are mostly extroverted and ready to talk to people, so if you aren’t like that, you should at least present yourself that way in the interview if you really want the job. It helps to know about the target app beforehand.
