Very small interview process I highly recommend applying to target. It is a great company and amazing for people just getting started in the customer service industry. I don’t know how to pay is now, but it was great for someone just starting out.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2025

Very chill. It was a virtual interview with six questions asking about how you work with others, any problems you have faced at other jobs and how you solved them and what was the outcome, etc. You get three tries to record yourself answering each question and the time limit to answer each question is three minutes.
