I applied online. I interviewed at Target (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
Interview was easy and straightforward. You’ll typically speak with the manager you’ll under and they ask you pretty generic interview questions, including about previous work experience. Overall it couldn’t have taken more than 15-30 minutes. You’ll have to find the office, one of the workers can you point you in the right direction.
I was taken to a room in the employee break room and they asked about times I've had to interact with people I disagree with. It was relatively informal and I was hired there based on my availability.
Easy Interview, had it online with prompts to answer no real person stage. Would say that the call to confirm contract was smooth and the hiring manager was super nice.
