Interview
Fairly easy process, spoke with 2-3 people in one day of interviews. Spoke with the hiring manager, HR and a team lead. Asked questions about my desire to work for Target, customer service experiences, why I would be a good fit.
It is pretty easy but getting the interview is the hard part. It took so long to get my interview but nice interviewer. They ask basic questions, not too technical but good to know. I think it’s pretty easy
HireVue with 2 tries. Very easy. Behavioral questions. Just show that you're excited to work with them. After using HireVue, you will receive an email and phone call from them.
You basically interview over the phone and send back a short recording of your self. They will ask you questions and allow you to answer the questions over the phone recording. They also give you the chance to delete and re-record if you like.
