I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Santa Clarita, CA) in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview was relatively easy and I interviewed during a hiring event and they hired me on the spot after about a 15 minute interview asking how I would handle certain scenarios. They care most about having open availability.

Question 1
If a customer was unhappy an item is out of stock, how would you help?
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure

I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Miramar, FL) in Jun 2026
Interview
I answered 5 recorded interview questions and 1 Q&A. You get 2-3 mins to answer the 5 questions, and the Q&A has no time limit, it was surprisingly easy to prepare myself for.
