The interview process is fairly easy. You get to record the questions through HireVue online. The questions are very easy and the ask you situational questions about certain scenarios. Should not sweat over this at all.

Describe a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure
