Interview
Very quick. I was interviewed by one of the floor managers and an HR representative. There was two pages worth of questions. I was hired on the spot and then there was a third page where they asked about my availability and things like that.

A lot of the questions were standard. How would you deal with a customer whose upset. How do you handle a stressful situation.
Easy question and answer, felt honest and geniune. There were two back to back interviews, first with a team leader, then the executive lead. Not long after this I was given an offer.

Give an example of a time you ran into conflict on a job, and how did you resolve that confluct?
Applied online or you can also apply in store at a kiosk. Phone interview with HR and then with the department. Friendly environment. Questions were typical tell me about a time or how would you handle x situation.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target
Interview
Easy, quick, to the point. Not as stressful as I imagined. Initial interview followed by two more. Final interview was with HR ETL. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend to prepare, but not over prepare.
